Quick call to map out exactly what should happen when a lead comes in. I confirm the tools you're using and which fields go where. You approve the flow diagram.

I build the automation, test it end-to-end with sample submissions, and walk you through how to monitor it. You see real test leads flow through every step.

What tools do you support?
Anything with a Zapier, Make, or n8n integration, which is basically every modern business tool. If you're using something obscure, mention it before you book and I'll confirm.
Will I pay anything ongoing?
Most automations run on free tiers of Zapier or Make for low volume. If you have heavy traffic, you may need a paid plan ($20–30/month). I'll tell you upfront which tier you need.
What if my form lives on Squarespace?
Works great. I connect Squarespace forms via webhooks or Zapier. Same for Wix, Webflow, Framer, or any form tool with notifications enabled.
Can I add steps later?
Easily. I build it in a modular way so you can add a step (like a follow-up email 3 days later, or routing high-value leads differently) without breaking what's already there.
What if it breaks?
30 days of fix-it support included. After that, you can hire me for ad-hoc work or it's simple enough that any junior automation person can maintain it.
