Days 1–2: Train it on you

I write the agent's instructions, load it with your business knowledge, and tune its tone using your past replies. You see sample answers on day 2.

Days 3–4: Plug it in

I connect the agent to your email or chat platform, set up the urgent-message flagging, and run end-to-end tests with sample customer questions.

Day 5: Go live + train you

We go live, I walk you through the dashboard, show you how to tweak its knowledge, and answer every question you have. 30 days of refinement support included.

Common questions

Will my customers know it's an AI?

That's your call. Many small businesses prefer to keep the AI in draft-only mode so every reply still gets a human touch. Others have it auto-send routine stuff with a small "powered by" note. We'll decide together based on your brand.

What does it cost to keep running each month?

Usually $10–30/month in AI usage fees, billed directly to you by Anthropic or OpenAI. No subscription from me.

What if it answers something wrong?

You'll see every reply before it sends (unless you turn auto-send on). Wrong answers get logged so you can update the agent's knowledge in minutes from the dashboard. It learns fast.

Can it do more than just customer support?

Yes. Once it's built, it can also draft your newsletter replies, qualify leads, summarize meetings, and more. We can scope those as add-ons or you can extend it yourself using the dashboard.

Will it work with my CRM or help desk?

If you use Gmail, Outlook, Intercom, Crisp, HubSpot, or any tool with a basic API or Zapier integration, yes. If you're on something obscure, tell me and I'll let you know before we start.
